Faulty Goods
We are happy to replace goods that arrive faultily or damaged under our terms and conditions.
You must notify our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the goods, and arrangements will be made for their return in line with our terms and conditions.
Broken Goods
Please email Customer Service a photo of the broken goods within 3 days of receipt.
Change of Mind
Designdepot, we try to include all relevant information such as product detail, product description, images and videos to help our customers make the right purchase decision online. If you change your mind after it arrives, please return it to us in its original condition, including the original packaging. Please note we do not refund the Inbound/Outbound shipping fee if you change your mind about the purchase.
